This project first evaluates the menu of the given database system, then produces a report on the prototype. A detailed update plan is developed to thoroughly test the prototype to flesh out any flaws. Then, using Oracle Form Builder 6.0, the prototype is redeveloped, addressing the issues identified in the evaluation. The redeveloped canvases are then incorporated in the report, and with an explanation of how each of the issues identified in the evaluation is addressed. A user manual is then produced for the users of the database system.
