The technical functionalities of Intranet, mobile phones and PDAs are examined. Description of Short Messaging Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), Wireless Application Protocol (WAP), third Generation Wireless Technology (3G), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) and Picture Messaging are highlighted.
