The literature review touches on the theories of motivation and RM. Perceptions and attitudes of Wetherspoon workers toward their current reward management and motivation are studied to develop an appropriate RM and motivation tactics that Wetherspoon can consider in the future. The methods of the research include primary data analysis based on the interviews collected from 18 workers of Wetherspoon. Conclusions are made about the need to enhance flexible reward packages, employee relationship, bottom-up communication, feeling of recognition, feeling of achievement, etc. in the pubs and restaurants' staff.
