This paper discusses Wal-Mart, and aims to examine the organizations treatment of employees. Special focus is also made on human rights regulation and the way in which Wal-Mart treats workers in supply factories abroad. Two acquisitions against Wal-Mart are examined, firstly that they prevent employees in the USA from joining trade unions and secondly, human rights abuses overseas. Each case is discussed in great detail, and the paper then examines the organization in reference to corporate complicity.
