This paper investigates the cross-cultural perspectives for Tetley (UK beverage company) for entrance Chinese beverage market. It does it through analysis of cultures and traditions in the UK and China in the light of appearance and behavioural differences. Next, in order to estimate the perspective for making business at a corporate level, the corporate cultures of the two countries have been compared. This was performed by the means of analysis of the values, ways of communication, management styles at the levels of organizational structures, approaches to business and personal communications.
