This paper looks at the Scotts Company in 1998 with a view to re-engineering the business after a period of cross border expansion. Scotts Europe find costs rising and sales falling with many problems developing within business processes. The essay recommends changes in order to re-engineer the company to achieve savings across sourcing, manufacturing and distribution.
