This paper presents analysis of Harvard Business School case study “Marks and Spencer: Plan A” by Bell, Sanghavi and Winig. The number of businesses going green is increasing by the day. These initiatives help gain approval from consumers and positively impact the reputation of the firm. This study analyses M&S' sustainability programme which extends beyond environment friendly initiatives and is in fact a significant element of the firm's corporate growth strategy.
