The paper attempts to critically evaluate the strategic moves that the KFC management need to make to venture in the Latin American market. The author attempts to use established frameworks to assess the strategic status of, and options available to KFC and also to evaluate the organizational change that needs to be incorporated by KFC to meet its corporate objectives.
