The dissertation looks at the practices related to job satisfaction (JS) examining the level of job satisfaction in KFC employees and the factors that influence their JS at Auriga Holding. A study is conducted to identify the expectations and preferences of KFC staff toward managers and their JS tactics, and to develop strategies/tactics that can increase the JS level among workers in Auriga Holding. The study uses questionnaires as a primary research method, secondary data are collected from various sources. The SPSS model is used in primary data analysis. Conclusions are made about the factors that can increase JS rate and influence motivation of workers in KFC from the perspective of employee relationship, flexible reward, personal growth, etc. Recommendations are made to the company management, the limitations of the research are outlined, further research topics are suggested.
