The paper addresses the issues of quality management stressing that the popularity of the product depends on how it suits the changing needs of the consumers. A case study of the US electronics firm ITT is presented exploring their use of the program Quality Circle (QC) that ensures communication between employees and their supervisors in discussing business problems and troubleshooting.
