C/F/167. Heathrow's revenue and costs
- WORDS:

- DATE:

The work explains the main categories of Heathrow's revenue generation. It shows that although charges from the commercial business partners bring the highest revenue, the scope of such charges is limited, due to competition unless the airport expands. From the cost point of view it is shown that the airport incurs large costs through new investments, maintenance of the airport and security. Most of the costs are passed on to the customers and the airlines, allowing the airport to make consistent profit every year
