The dissertation examines the practices of green and sustainable development (SD) used by Grange Group Hotel (GGH). Literature is reviewed on the concept of sustainable development including SD criteria and regulations, criticism of SD in the hospitality industry, consumer behaviour towards SD, etc. The methods of the research combine the analysis of secondary sources and primary data obtained from a questionnaire aimed to examine perceptions and attitudes of customers towards GGH green practices.
