This paper focuses on the implementation of anti-discriminatory policies for homosexual employees at Google. The paper begins by providing the background to the company and its workforce, and discusses the concept of reverse discrimination at Google. The paper presents a review of literature which discusses the implementation of an anti-discrimination policy for homosexuals, and this section presents the theory behind the subject. Data is collected through analysis of secondary literature and the Google website. The actual case study is the analysed in great detail, and conclusions are made regarding Google’s implementation of the policy. Recommendations are made in order to suggest ways in which their policies can remain fair to all staff, not just the homosexual employees.
