The dissertation aims to analyse the changes in shareholder wealth and share performances due to the announcement of the board change of the EasyJet Plc. The dissertation examines the unexpected component of the management-turnover announcement reflected in the returns on its shares. The results of current research suggest that effects of management turnover on share price performance must be angered by the organisational context of the change.
