The paper examines the levels of employee engagement with the policies of corporate social responsibility (CSR) pursued by the Dubai company Crown Relocation (CR). The importance of CSR initiatives and the function of HRM are explained. A study is conducted using primary research via questionnaires and interviews to determine CR employees’ perceptions and commitment to CSR. Recommendations are suggested about the ways to enhance employee engagement with CSR.
