The paper looks at the model of cost analysis known as Triple Bottom Line (TBL) explaining the principles of the model with regard to stakeholders, and applying it to the analysis of the London Film Festival (LFF) organised by British Film Institute (BFI). Economic, social and environmental aspects of the event are examined, recommendations are suggested to BFI about effective ways to communicate with their stakeholders and enhance LFF value.
