The dissertation addresses the issues of change management using British Airways (BA) as a case study. Literature is reviewed on the theory of change management including definitions and types of change, change management models, change management in the aviation industry, etc. SWOT analysis of BA is performed. The methodology of the research is based on the analysis of secondary sources. Conclusions are made about the ways to deal with employee resistance to the change and increase the level of employee involvement.
