If you have not received the paper within 1 hour there can be two reasons for that: either the letter with the paper has been stopped by your SPAM filters, or you have entered your email address in the payment form incorrectly.

If you believe that your payment has been successful and you have not received a confirmation from WorldPay within 10-15 minutes it means that you have provided wrong e-mail address in the payment form. In this case you shall either e-mail us on contact@papers4you.com and provide us with the paper’s reference number and name you have provided in the payment form or give us a call on (+44) 079 84 977 458

If you have received a confirmation from WorldPay that your payment has been successful and have not received the paper within 1 hour please check your Bulk Mail, SPAM, or Junk Mail filters so that you do not accidentally or unknowingly block or miss any of our emails. You must also check your bulk mail, spam mail, junk mail, and/or trash folders on a regular basis (just in case our emails are re-directed, by your email provider, without your knowledge).

Since the majority of our customers are Yahoo and Hotmail users, we have included instructions for both of those services.

Hotmail

Place courseworks4you@aol.com in your "Address Book" or "Contacts"
Then, click on "Mail Options"
Click on "SPAM Protection"
If the screen states that SpamGuard is "ON," simply turn it off.
Click on "Save Changes"

Yahoo

Click on "Options."
Click on "Junk E-Mail Protection"
Click on "Safe List."
Add courseworks4you@aol.com to the "Safe List."

If you have not found the paper in your mailbox please email us on contact@papers4you.com providing the following details: transaction ID (if known), your full name, your address, your email address (provided in the payment form), number and the name of the paper which you have bought. You can also give us a call on (+44)079 84 977 458 to solve your problem.
