The paper proposes to examine the effects of the Glasgow Harbour Redevelopment (GHR) project on the land and housing prices of the surrounding residential area of Partick. Theoretical approaches to urban redevelopment are considered discussing its implications for the community, economic aspects, etc. The methods of the study are described including a questionnaire to be delivered among Partick residents and real estate agents.
