The paper addresses the issues of personality clashes in organisations reviewing psychological approaches to personality, i.e. the theory of Jung, the trait theory, the psychoanalytical theory of Freud, the theory of social learning, etc. Key characteristics of successful leadership and management are outlined emphasising the importance of knowing fundamental theories and strategies.
