This paper deals with the critical success factors in designing the supply chain of Jaguar's production site at Halewood. It analyses the overall concept, product design and processes, the internal and external logistics, investments, and the process design and HRM perspective. Moreover, it discusses likely future risks and challenges which relate to a culture change programme, Jaguar's supplier park, the supplier involvement, flexibility and performance measuring.
