This assignment analyses changes in Taco Bell's Supply chain, Operating processes and technology, Human resource management and quality as strategy of operation management, and the impact of these changes on the company's competitive strategy. These changes was implemented as a re-engineering process, and regarded as a perfect example of successful management of change. The assignment also provides recommendations on innovation and re-engineering process as a strategic operation of companies in order to achieve successful management of change.
