A brief of the case will be given at the beginning. And then the bases of creating of the recruitment, selection and induction plans will be illustrated. After that, the detailed recruitment and selection plan will be created and discussed and the induction plan will be followed up. Further recommendations concerning about cost and time will be discussed at last with the learning outcome from completing this report.
