The dissertation reports on the analysis, design and implementation of an Automation Timesheet and Invoicing web-base system for Comversive Ltd. The company's background is described explaining the benefits and objectives of the new system installation; research technologies, methods and tools of the system implementation are considered including the techniques of modelling parts of Web Application. The Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Waterfall Model are compared; the stages (phases) and modules of the project are outlined. Conclusions are made about web-base application characteristics; the outcomes of the project evaluation for the users are discussed.
