The dissertation examines conflict resolution styles in middle level managers of different nationalities in National Bank of Dubai (NBD), UAE. Literature is reviewed on the theories of culture and conflict, focusing on cultural differences, particularly, on the dichotomy of individualism and collectivism. The research methods include statistical analysis of primary data collected via questionnaires, and qualitative analysis of secondary data. Conclusions are made about the relationships between the cultural variables and conflict resolution styles in NBD managers.
