The dissertation investigates the current and former financial strategy of Carphone Warehouse (CPW) presenting the company's background and history, describing the nature of their business, comparing CPW performance to that of Phones 4U, etc. CPW's position in the mobile communications market is estimated using analytical models of Product life cycle, Four Ps, Boston Matrix, Porter's Five Forces, PEST and SWOT. The research methods include qualitative and quantitative analysis of CPW financial data using the elements of primary and secondary research. Conclusions are made about the strategy of the company outlining their financial perspectives for the future.
