P/P/280. Perfect public policy implementation: myth or reality?

The paper examines the possibility of the perfect implementation of a public policy arguing that people are unpredictable and discussing the factors that affect policy outcomes including the Ódecision pointsÔ in British politics, the reasons for policiesÒ failure or success, etc. The problems of the British policy-making system are reviewed.
