This dissertation consists of the following sections: company history and overview, branding issues of Swatch, global watch industry analysis, problems that Swatch is facing and suggest the ways in which company can improve its position through innovation. Analysis of possible strategies is conducted on market analysis, financial analysis, profitability, risk analysis and force major circumstances.
