Dissertation looks into various approached to benefits management such as DMR's Benefits Realisation, Cranfield's School of Management approach, Active Benefits Realisation (ABR), Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and Advanced Dynamic Programme Management 2 (ADPM2). Based solely on secondary research the dissertation provides extensive literature review and compared different approached outlining their strengths, weaknesses and other important characteristics.
