P/EI/83. Dissertation. Evaluation of a new online holiday booking service

The dissertation evaluates a new online holiday booking service of Holiday Extras.co.uk, called “Handy Traveller”, providing an overview of the company and their new service, Wireless Access Protocol or ‘WAP’, etc. A literary review touches on the theory of Blue Ocean Strategy, BCG Matrix, Product Life Cycle Model, Brand Personality Dimensions Framework, etc. Research methodology is described including primary and secondary data sources, the e-mail-based survey design, etc. Conclusions are made about the effectiveness of the new service; recommendations are offered to improve its future performance.
