This dissertation aims to investigate consumer motivations towards shopping on the Internet. Literature review of the dissertation refers to a number of different models including Technology Acceptance Model (TAM); Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB); Consumer Value Typology and other models. Primary Research of this dissertation consisted of questionnaire research and aims to analyse the exact factors which motivate consumers to go shopping online.
