The dissertation investigates the effects of Internet e-commerce on UK micro-businesses providing a review of literature on the benefits and limitations of e-commerce, micro-retail businesses, customer retention, e-loyalty, etc. Research methodology and instruments of data collection are described including the questionnaire, sampling, operational variables, etc. Conclusions are made about the correlation between the use of ICT, e-commerce and customer growth in British micro retailers.
