This paper focuses on the modern transformation of traditional organizations to integrated enterprises that share a common database. It also highlights the enhancement of business values from different angles such as the company, customers and business partners through the use of electronic-based cross-functional enterprise systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
