Part 1 describes the companys formation and development, and its response to the increasingly global market environment. This section also details developments in the New Zealand wine industry and the effect upon the company against the background of the withdrawal of government trade protection and subsidies. Part 2 highlights the operations, international market developments and relationships of Coopers Creek. This article focuses on analyzing the case related with the knowledge of strategic management and tries to answer four questions as follows, using all the information mentioned in the case.
