This essay focuses on the social policy of the NHS and it management of health inequality. It explores the framework of legislation; frameworks, incentives and academic concerns about this endemic problem. It considers aspects of mental health inequality and the necessity of using resources both fiscal and physical correctly. It also looks at EU perspective. In conclusion it agrees that more could be done to eradicate health equality by tackling those problems in society that cause its development.
