C/OM/40. Proposal: Supply Chain Management in Chinese Electronic Companies

This proposal is presented for the project whose aim is to provide a comparative analysis between the Chinese electronic company’s supply chain management and that of a multinational electronic company. The proposal holds sections on background, literature review, research questions, methodology, time frame, resources and evaluations. The proposed methodology uses a case study approach and the companies chosen are Haier and Panasonic. A Gantt chart with the specific milestones for the project has also been provided.
