C/M/463. Leadership potential in Hospitality Industry

This discussion is specifically focused on leadership and the development of leadership potential through training and other programmes, especially within the context of the hospitality industry. The hospitality industry would include cruise ships, tourism, catering, travel and hotel companies and the leadership focus within most of these companies have a definite transformational approach although action learning and a team building management approach would be as important. Leadership is about inspiring, and within the hospitality industry leadership involves a broad range of issues including development of leadership potential among staff and employees so that company performance could be improved rapidly.
