C/M/427. Managing project of estate reconstruction

This is an MS project based assignment. The paper demonstrates the way various managerial issues might be resolved: resources clashes, costing issues, the usage of calendars or customised working days, over timing and the rescheduling of project time frames. Additionally, project tracking is demonstrated and its use for the monitoring and control of the project implementation. This paper is useful for those who experience problems with MS Project and would like to the way the critical challenges might be handled.
