This report performs consulting approaches to feasibility study of expansion of organization's existing activities. Fenwick & Holloway wishes to extend the product range it manufactures and asks a consulting group to perform a feasibility study. Firstly, the organization was evaluated from the point of view of its efficient organizational structure and operational effectiveness. Next, consulting approaches to be employed were discussed. And finally, theoretical consulting models were discussed to back up the consulting approaching. The conventional models and arguments against those models were evaluated. In the end a detailed summary and conclusion highlighted the key points and concluded about the management consulting expertise.
