Success of each method of scientific management depend on national and organisational culture, the nature of the business, its structure and historical background, the nature of the products and services produced and many other factors including the wages of the workforce and their motivations. In many cases careful mixture of methods and techniques is necessary to reach maximum productivity, profitability and to satisfy stakeholders' expectations
