C/HR/248. Proposal. Employees' attitudes and perceptions

The paper proposes to investigate how employees' job satisfaction and performance are influenced by their perceptions of their employer. A review of literature is suggested on the theory of job satisfaction (JS), a relationship between JS and performance, strategic management, operational management, etc. Research philosophy and methodology is outlined; the methods of data collection are described; the limitations of research are defined.
