This report aims to analyse the problems encountered by Technocraft. These include Theory X management, repetitive and unskilled job design and low motivation of employees. This has led to a high turnover of employees and low productivity. This report also aims to provide recommendations, supported by theory and past research on organisational behaviour that Technocraft can implement in order to overcome these problems. This paper is based on the case study "Managing Motivation at Technocraft".
