This paper is studying the poor staff performance and behaviour at Wetherspoon Ï the Windmill. The study adopts an in-depth individual interview with a HRM manager at the Windmill, Wetherspoon's outlet located at Standsted Airport. An analysis of this report is based on the concepts of human resource development, employee performance and motivation technique. The results show that ineffective performance of staffs is related to reward management, term of employment agreement and the flexibility of working hours.
