This work looks at the factors of staff turnover in the Hospitality Industry and the ways to reduce the particular problem. For many years the hospitality industry in the UK has faced constant recruitment difficulties. The industry has suffered from a high percentage of unfilled job vacancies. The problem has been caused by poor staff retention. Some of the key questions answered within this work are: what are the problems that are facing the factors of staff turnover in the Hospitality Industry? What are the solutions to reduce the factors of staff turnover in the hospitality industry? There is also a discussion on the type of new methods and sources that are going to be used in the future of recruiting new workers into the Hospitality Industry and looking at which areas of population will be mainly targeted.
