This paper consists of two reports on the legislative and health issues involved in transformation of a warehouse to a full modern building space. The first preliminary report identifies the legislative and regulatory aspects of this sort of change and highlights HSE risk assessment and other features which may have to be considered during the actual transformation of the building. The second report is drawn out from the first report and shows the actual changes in systems and construction that have to be implemented during the renovation process. The safety and security issues and health of the employees are taken into consideration and recommendations are made for a safe and healthy work environment.
