This paper proposes a suitable e-business model for a firm, which specialises in the promotion of clothing and similar items in England. It defines e-business and outlines e-business models proposed by Choi et al, Chen and Timmers. Terminologies used in the e-business model are highlighted. The paper justifies why Timmers' e-business model is recommended for the company. It examines how the firm can use e-business for competitive advantage. It analyses relevant implementation issues including SLEPT factors. Recommendations are made in the areas of E-marketing, E-procurement, security, E-CRM, privacy protection and human resource management.
