This paper assess the e-business strategy of a fictitious firm in terms of the potential approaches that the firm could adopt in formulating its e-business strategy, the critical success factors involved and the potential challenges to be faced. The paper would be useful for anyone interested in the general approaches or methodologies of e-business strategy formulation. The paper answers the following tasks: (A) critically evaluate any five approaches / methodologies to e-business strategy formulation, recommending a suitable approach for the company. Your recommendation should be evaluated in relation to other methodologies. (B) Applying at least five analytical tools in strategic management formulate a suitable e-business strategy for the company. Your proposed strategy should be based on your analysis, and supported by evaluation of your proposed approach, indicating its suitability for the organisation, and also its relation to the company's business strategy.
