This paper examined how ICTs have helped managers to make decisions and act strategically in markets that are becoming increasingly complex and unpredictable. First, the strategic decision-making literature and nature of uncertainty were discussed. Next, the grown of ICTs was presented. Finally, the role of ICTs in helping managers to leverage information and knowledge, key organizational resources, was discussed.
