C/C/31. A description and analysis of a usability assessment conducted for a digital library system of a university.

This report is composed of two sections. The first section documents the development and execution of the initial usability assessment undertaken by the group of the digital library system. The second section summarises the findings of the study and discusses usability issues identified / interface areas that would benefit from redesign. A critical reflection of perceived weaknesses in the methodology adopted is also presented.
