C/C/11. Microsoft Access Database for the BecksBits

The BecksBits Database is created for the company, which is a small software development company that specialises in creating information systems for client organisations. This Database was created to help keep details of staff, projects, and staff skills and companies name. There are seven entities and seven forms for data entry. All forms show four-command button: Add Record, Find Record, Delete Record and Return to Main Menu. Furthermore, there are six reports, which based on a query and three macro. It was created one that minimises the database window and opens the switchboard. The Main Menu was created using Access Switchboard add-in and has the following menus: Staff Menu, Project Menu, Company Menu, Report Menu. Also the Database has Mail merge facility that was created using fields from a table hold in an Access database. Also the project includes user manual and guide.
